Session: Centering Student Choice in Anchoring Phenomena

Natasha is a High School Science Specialist for Chicago Public Schools. Prior to her role as a specialist, she was a chemistry teacher on the southwest side of Chicago. As a specialist and teacher, she has focused on integrating cultural responsive frameworks with Ambitious Science Teaching. Much of this work has involved developing curriculum and supporting teachers with designing and facilitating science learning that is relevant and action-oriented.
