Session: BioInteractive Resources for Teaching Cell Biology and Genetics

BioInteractive Resources for Teaching Cell Biology and Genetics: Leveraging cancer as an investigative phenomenon

Celebrate the 10th anniversary of The Baxter Symposium and the 100th anniversary of Lindblom Math and Science Academy with free life science education resources from HHMI BioInteractive! Investigate new NGSS storylines and playlists that leverage cancer as an investigative phenomenon to enrich learning in cell biology and genetics. Explore how resources grounded in peer-reviewed science — including Click & Learns, Data Points, and Modeling Activities — can support learning. During this workshop, teachers will experience and reflect on free, classroom-ready resources and consider how they fit within their life science courses.
