Nick Anaya is an Engineering and Robotics teacher at Lindblom Math and Science Academy. An Electrical Engineer by trade, Nick spent the first 12 years of his career working in Industry, first for Mitsubishi Electric on CNC Control Systems, and later for Shure Inc. on Wireless Microphone Systems. He began volunteering at Lindblom with the after school FIRST Robotics program in 2009 then transitioned to teaching full time in 2016. He currently teaches four levels of engineering and manages the Baxter Innovation Lab and continues to mentor Lindblom’s FIRST Robotics Challenge Team 1781 after school.
