Wednesday, March 13th, 2019 5:00pm-8:00pm

Round Lake High School

Facilitator: Suzanne Fetherling (AP Biology and Dual-Credit Biology Instructor)

Investigate the spread of a disease through your classroom with this hands-on lab! We’ll use the power of a real ELISA assay to identity patient zero and to see who tests positive for the disease. You can use this same lab to mimic transmission of diseases like Ebola, HIV, and H1N1.

All participants receive:

  • Access to free lab materials through the Baxter Box Loaner Program.
  • 3 CPDUs
  • Dinner!

This workshop is designed for high school biology, AP biology, and life science elective teachers. Middle school science teachers are also welcome!

Space is limited! Register now!
